We integrated AMD's Siena CPU into our Pace platform range to optimise performance and minimise energy consumption. With up to 64 cores and a 200W power draw, Siena is a powerful and efficient processor for edge computing. Its capacity to work in a broader range of environmental conditions, along with its enhanced security measures, makes it a dependable and secure option. By offering maximum capability in a compact footprint, Siena provides flexibility and scalability for a wide range of edge applications.
Why We Think Siena Is Ideal for the Edge
NEBS Compliance: AMD Siena's NEBS-compliant CPUs, ranging from 8 to 64 cores, provide Antillion with a flexible solution for diverse edge computing needs. These processors are designed to operate reliably in challenging environments, with a temperature range of -5°C to 85°C.
Configurable TDP: Many Siena CPU variants allow TDP to adapted to meet specific environmental or performance requirements.
Zen 4c Architecture: Siena is built on AMD's efficient Zen 4c core architecture, which offers a balance of performance and power consumption.
Up to 64 Cores: With up to 64 cores, Siena delivers the processing power needed for demanding edge applications.

AMD's Siena CPU is a powerful and efficient choice for edge computing applications. By leveraging Siena's capabilities, Antillion's Pace servers can deliver exceptional performance and reliability in even the most demanding edge deployments. That performance is fully realised in both Air and Frontier; they are created for distinct environments and use cases, but the homogeneous design means they will deliver identical performance on both platforms. We maintain consistency across our range.
Antillion's PACE AIR and FRONTIER 5 and 6 platforms are examples of how Siena can be harnessed to power edge deployments. These platforms, which can support up to 64-core Siena processors and up to 764GB of memory, offer a compact footprint and powerful capabilities. Siena is part of our AMD portfolio, we have championed AMD in our Edge platform since their first EPYC™ CPUs, and we are excited to say that our support will continue as we bring out our Genoa enabled platforms.
